Eight years ago I lost some songs.

How do you lose songs? Same way you misplace your keys!

Sounds weird but it happens! Turns out it's difficult to manage invisible things.

In this case I lost some songs I had recorded. Couldn't find them on any hard drives.

Bummer dude.

Lo and behold the songs turned up on my mixing engineer's hard drive. Not only did he have copies from when he ran rough mixes for me years ago but he also knew where to find them!

Once found I added harmonies, a bass line, some ebow and remixed the song to give it a fresh coat of paint.
