I've been singing this song at shows for a few years but couldn't figure out how to capture the song on a recording. So I tapped my childhood friend Tom Gilhuley to sing and turned this nonsense song into a duet! Tom and I met on a soccer team when we were in Kindergarten and went on to play in a high school rock band called "Nacho Mama" together. Tom is one of the funniest people I know and it was great to virtually collaborate with him from his home in Baltimore.

After the lead vocals were done I invited my son Montana and his friend Wiinna into the studio to sing. Things got silly and we did a lot of laughing together, which I used to create the atmosphere of a silly interactive show. I also mined the archives for preschooler voices and incorporated some sounds I recorded 15 years ago at a school where I play music. These kids have since graduated high school but their playfulness really helped pull the recording of this tune together. Thanks kiddos!
