I started writing this song at the beach one day. I didn't know where it was going, but some of the rhymes were ridiculous (and true!) so I just went with it. Sometimes you just have to discover the song as you go. And kick a little sand all over the place in the process.

I made a messy, playful mini-movie music video for Sand Song in collaboration with Port Townsend filmmaker Gabe Van Lelyveld and Whaleheart Productions.
